Before your online visit
- Use a charged phone or computer with reliable internet, microphone and camera.
- Choose a quiet, private place. Test your camera and microphone before the agreed time.
- Have your name, appointment details, medicine list and relevant previous records available.
- Ask the practice how to share reports securely. Do not upload them through the public enquiry form.
- For a child or someone needing support, ask the practice about guardian or companion arrangements.
If a video call is not enough
An online consultation has limits, particularly when a physical examination or urgent treatment is needed. The doctor may recommend an in-person assessment. If the connection fails, contact the practice to agree the next arrangement.
Consultations are not routinely recorded. Any recording needs a separate, explicit agreement. Private meeting links are never published on this website.
