Call the practice for the exact arrival directions and appointment arrangements. Let reception know you have arrived and share your reference privately.
For follow-up visits, bring the previous plan and any records the doctor asked you to bring. Ask about the applicable follow-up arrangements when booking.
A note about medicines
Keep your usual medication information available. Do not stop or change medicines solely to prepare for a visit unless your clinician has told you to do so.
