Fees and payment
The published consultation fee is BDT 500. The practice explains payment arrangements before the consultation. This website does not collect payment, issue a payment receipt or calculate refunds. Follow-up fees or conditions should be confirmed directly; no unconfirmed discount is advertised.
Changing or cancelling
Call 01521527783 as early as possible and quote your reference. The practice will explain the available options and any applicable terms before you agree. There is no automated cancellation fee charged by this website.
Delays and schedule changes
If you are delayed, contact the practice. Doctor availability or chamber sessions may change; reception will coordinate directly. Confirm arrangements before travelling.
Online technical problems
If Google Meet or Zoom fails, call the practice to agree whether to reconnect, rearrange or attend in person. Do not assume a failed call has automatically cancelled or completed the consultation.
