Before the consultation
The practice confirms the patient’s identity, contact details, location and agreed consultation arrangements. Ask questions about privacy, suitability and the process before giving consent. For a child or a person who needs assistance, confirm the appropriate guardian or support arrangement.
Limits and alternatives
Remote assessment does not provide every part of a physical examination. The doctor may recommend an in-person review, further assessment or urgent care when appropriate. An online call is not suitable for emergency treatment.
Consent and information sharing
Consent for a clinical consultation is obtained through the doctor’s agreed consultation process. Submitting the administrative website request is not clinical consent. Share relevant reports only through the private process agreed with the practice.
Video privacy
The practice uses Google Meet or Zoom and shares joining details privately. Keep the link private and choose a quiet space. Recording is not part of the routine service; any proposed recording requires a separate explicit agreement.
Documents and follow-up
The doctor explains any consultation documents and follow-up arrangements directly. This website does not issue automated prescriptions or host patient records. Contact the practice if you cannot connect or need clarification.
